Three incorrect attempts will lock you out of the site. The password will reset itself the following day.

"(KIT, KYU or IFTA) number and password does not match database content."

If you are getting this message and you are certain you are using the correct password, you may need to clean out your history.

Intructions on clearing internet history:
For Internet Explorer users, from the menu choose Tools, Internet Options, and under the History section click on the Clear History button.

Netscape users, from the menu choose Tasks, Tools, History, and Edit.  Either Select All to delete or select individual items to delete.  Select All and Delete may work best.

Upgrading your browser may also help.

Visit our Technical page for current internet browsers.

If you have forgotten your password, check to see if you kept a copy of the AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS form or VOUCHER AGREEMENT form. It will be on that form under SELECT YOUR PASSWORD.

If you need to have your password changed, fax in a request on your company's letterhead with all KYU, IFTA or KIT#'s that apply to (502) 564-2132. You must assign your own password and it must be 8 characters.

For security reasons, passwords cannot be given over the phone or e-mail.
